The invention discloses a trackless deformation portal lifting device which comprises a rack. Sliding holes are formed in the two sides of each end of the rack, a telescopic beam is slidably connectedinto each sliding hole, a horizontal hydraulic cylinder used for controlling the corresponding telescopic beam to slide in the sliding hole is installed in each sliding hole, and the end, away from the corresponding sliding hole, of each telescopic beam is fixedly connected with a vertical pipe; and the lower end of each stand column is fixedly connected with a walking wheel set, an installationbeam is fixedly connected between the two stand pipes at the same side of the machine frame, a storage battery pack and a charging pile are installed on the installation beam, the upper side of the rack is connected with a hoisting device through a transverse adjusting device, and an electric control system and a hydraulic power system are installed on the rack. The trackless deformation portal lifting device has the advantages that the overall width and height of a construction vehicle can be changed, the trackless deformation portal lifting device is suitable for construction of tunnels of different sizes, the inclination angle of wheels can be adjusted so that the wheels can make full contact with the tunnel faces, the steering angle of the wheels can be adjusted, and the trackless deformation portal lifting device is suitable for bent tunnels.

    本发明公开了一种无轨变形门式起重装置,包括机架,机架每端的两侧均设有滑孔,在每个滑孔内均滑动连接伸缩梁,在每个滑孔内装有用于控制伸缩梁在滑孔内滑动的水平液压缸,每个伸缩梁远离滑孔的一端均固定连接立管,每个立柱下端均固定连接行走轮组,机架同一侧的两个立管之间固定连接安装梁,在安装梁上装有蓄电池组与充电桩,在机架上侧通过横向调节装置连接起吊装置,在机架上装有电控系统与液压动力系统。本发明的优点:可以改变施工车的整体宽度与高度,适合不同大小的隧道施工使用,能够调节车轮的倾斜角度,使得其能够与隧道面充分接触,还能够调节车轮的转向角度,适合在弯曲的隧道中使用。
