The invention discloses an installation method of a liquefied natural gas ship radar pipe support. The installation method specifically comprises the following steps of installing a limiting support on a pump tower base; placing a laser plumb aligner in the limiting support; detecting whether a laser beam upwards projected by the laser plumb aligner is aligned to the center of the deck flange, andif not, adjusting the position of the laser plumb aligner; fixing a plurality of radar pipe supports to the pump tower body in a spot welding mode with a laser beam upwards projected by the laser plumb aligner as the benchmark; and welding and fixing all the radar pipe supports and the pump tower body through a symmetrical welding process. The influence of vibration caused by walking of personnelon the laser plumb aligner is effectively solved, so that the mounting precision of the radar pipe bracket is improved, and the measurement and calculation precision of the cargo loading capacity ofthe liquefied natural gas ship cargo hold is improved.

    本发明公开了一种液化天然气船雷达管支架的安装方法,具体包括以下步骤:将限位支架安装在泵塔基座上;将激光垂准仪放置在限位支架内;检测激光垂准仪向上投射的激光束是否对准甲板法兰的中心,若不对准,则调整激光垂准仪的位置;以激光垂准仪向上投射的激光束为基准,在泵塔本体上点焊固定多个雷达管支架;采用对称焊焊接工艺将各个雷达管支架与泵塔本体焊接固定。本发明有效地解决了人员走动引发的振动对激光垂准仪的影响,从而提高了雷达管支架的安装精度,提高了液化天然气船货舱装货容量的测算精度。
