The invention discloses a ballast system for reducing silt sucked by ship ballast water and a control method thereof. The ballast system comprises a seawater header pipe, a broadside water inlet pipe,a ballast tank connecting pipe connected to a ballast tank, and a ballast water conveying pipe connected with the seawater header pipe, the broadside water inlet pipe and a water outlet of the ballast tank connecting pipe. Wherein a water outlet of the ballast water conveying pipe is connected with an outboard drain pipe and a water inlet of the ballast tank connecting pipe, a seawater filter, aballast pump, a water conveying valve and a purification filter valve are sequentially arranged on the ballast water conveying pipe in the water flow direction, and the purification filter valve is connected with the ballast water treatment device in parallel. The water taking position of the ballast water can be flexibly selected according to the operation state of the ship ballast water, the sediment content of the surrounding water body and the water level, and the sediment content of the sucked ballast water is efficiently reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于减少船舶压载水吸入泥沙的压载系统及其控制方法,所述压载系统包括海水总管,舷侧进水管,连接在压载舱上的压载舱连接管,以及分别与海水总管、舷侧进水管和压载舱连接管的出水口相连的压载水输送管;压载水输送管的出水口分别与舷外排水管和压载舱连接管的进水口相连,压载水输送管上沿着水流方向依次设置有海水过滤器、压载泵、输水阀和净化过滤阀,所述净化过滤阀与压载水处理装置并联连接。本发明可以根据船舶压载水的操作状态、周围水体的泥沙含量及水位,灵活选取压载水的取水位置,高效的减少吸入压载水的泥沙含量。
