The energy-saving moving device for container production comprises a first bearing rod and a second bearing rod, a positioning rod is welded to the outer wall of one side of the first bearing rod, anda positioning groove is formed in the outer wall of the side, opposite to the first bearing rod, of the second bearing rod; two symmetrically-distributed first sliding grooves are formed in the outerwall of the same side of the first bearing rod and the outer wall of the same side of the second bearing rod, first sliding blocks are embedded in the first sliding grooves, inserting rods are weldedto the bottoms of the first sliding blocks, and a bearing plate is welded to the tops of the two first sliding blocks. When the container is clamped and fixed between the two bearing rods, the lengthof the telescopic rods on the periphery is adjusted, after the telescopic rods are matched with the height of the container, the telescopic rods are fixed to the fixing rings through the fixing ropes, the top of the container can be blocked and fixed, and rollover caused by the unstable center is avoided, and a damping spring is arranged at the bottom of the device, so when vibration occurs during moving, the container can be subjected to damping protection, and damage to the container is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种集装箱生产用节能移动装置,包括第一承重杆和第二承重杆,所述第一承重杆一侧外壁焊接有定位杆,且第二承重杆相对第一承重杆的一侧外壁开有定位槽,所述第一承重杆和第二承重杆相同一侧外壁均开有两个对称分布的第一滑动槽,且第一滑动槽内部均嵌装有第一滑动块,所述第一滑动块底部焊接有插杆,且两个第一滑动块顶部焊接有承重板。本发明将集装箱夹持固定在两个承重杆之间时,调节四周的伸缩杆的长度,让伸缩杆与集装箱高度相适配后,利用固定绳固定在固定环上,可以对集装箱顶部进行围挡固定,避免因中心不稳导致侧翻,并且在装置底部还设有减震弹簧,让移动发生振动时,可以对集装箱进行减震防护,避免集装箱损伤。
