The invention provides a train speed measurement system and method, the train speed measurement system comprises two speed measurement subsystems which operate synchronously, each speed measurement subsystem comprises a speed sensor, a programmable logic device and a CPU, and the speed sensors are installed on train wheels; in each speed measurement subsystem, the speed sensor is used for collecting the number of wheel teeth and sending a pulse signal to the programmable logic device, and the programmable logic device is used for sampling the pulse signal at a first preset frequency to count the number of pulses and latching a count value at a second preset frequency. The CPU is used for obtaining the count value latched by the programmable logic device at the second preset frequency and calculating the speed of the train according to the count value; and if the error of the speeds calculated by the two CPUs at the same moment is within a preset range, judging that the speed measurement result is not abnormal, and outputting the speed of the train so as to improve the accuracy of train speed measurement.

    本发明提供一种列车测速系统及方法,列车测速系统包括两个同步运行的测速子系统,每一测速子系统包括速度传感器、可编程逻辑器件和CPU,所述速度传感器安装于列车车轮;在每一测速子系统中,所述速度传感器用于采集车轮齿数并向所述可编程逻辑器件发送脉冲信号,所述可编程逻辑器件用于以第一预设频率采样所述脉冲信号以统计脉冲数量,并以第二预设频率对计数值进行锁存,所述CPU用于以所述第二预设频率获取所述可编程逻辑器件锁存的所述计数值,根据所述计数值计算所述列车的速度;若在同一时刻两个所述CPU计算出的速度的误差在预设范围内,则判定测速结果无异常,并输出所述列车的速度,以提高列车测速的准确性。
