When the temperature is too low, the air conditioner is started, the battery temperature sensor is arranged to sense the battery temperature, when the battery temperature is higher than 45 DEG C, the battery radiator dissipates and cools the battery, the battery heatingfilm is further arranged to heat the battery when the battery temperature is lower than 0 DEG C, and the whole system can well conduct heat management on the electric automobile in an all-around mode.

    本发明的目的是提供一种电动汽车热控制管理系统,在电机上设置电机温度传感器监控其温度,降温风扇和冷却水循环系统对电机温度过高时进行降温,热水循环系统用于对温度较低时电机进行预热,车外温度传感器对室外温度进行监控,当汽车刚启动时且温度低于0℃时,整车控制器启动热水循环系统对电机进行预热,并且设置车内温度传感器,整车控制器连接有车内空调开关,车内温度传感器和车外温度传感器感应室内外温度,当温度过低时启动打开空调,设置电池温度传感器感应电池温度,当电池温度高于45℃时电池散热器对电池进行散热降温,还设置电池加热膜在电池温度低于0℃时对电池加热,整个系统可以很好的全方位的对电动汽车进行热管理。
