The invention relates to the related field of vehicle tires, and discloses an extrusion type tire pressure detection device which comprises a vehicle body, a tire cavity with a downward opening is formed in the vehicle body, a tire fixedly connected with the vehicle body is arranged in the tire cavity, a main box body located on the upper side of the tire is fixedly connected to the upper end wallof the tire cavity, and a detection sliding cavity with a downward opening is formed in the main box body. The main box body is arranged in the outer side of a tire, installation is easy, a power generation friction wheel rotates along with the tire to enable a power generator to generate power, an external power source is not needed, the cost is reduced, tire pressure detection is conducted on the tire through the detection sliding block, the structure is simple, the service life is long, tire pressure detection of tires of different models is adapted by controlling rotation of an adjustingroller, and the cleaning brush is just in contact with the tire while the generator generates power, so that foreign matters on the tire are cleaned, and the foreign matters on the tire are preventedfrom damaging the whole device.
