The invention discloses an active intelligent parking charging system based on the Internet of Vehicles, which comprises a supervision center server corresponding to at least one area, a trip computer, an Internet of Vehicles module and a vehicle client, wherein an electronic map covering a charging parking place in the area is arranged in the supervision center server; the trip computer is used for acquiring parking data of the vehicle, and the parking data comprises a parking position and a corresponding parking time point; the Internet of Vehicles module has the login authority of the supervision center server so as to acquire a built-in electronic map, and is used for placing the parking position into the electronic map to check whether the parking position falls into the charging parking place, obtaining a parking time point corresponding to the parking position after checking that the parking position falls into the charging parking place, and calculating a to-be-paid parking feeaccording to the parking time point; and the vehicle client is used for obtaining the to-be-paid parking fee calculated by the Internet of Vehicles module and generating a corresponding bill for payment. The judgment of parking behaviors and the calculation and payment of parking fees can be completed through the vehicle, the parking charging efficiency is improved, and the construction cost of aparking charging place is greatly reduced.

    一种基于车联网的主动式智慧停车收费系统,包括:至少对应一区域的监管中心服务器,其内置有该区域内的收费停车地点覆盖的电子地图;行车电脑,用于获取车辆的停车数据,停车数据包括停车位置与对应的停车时间点;车联网模块,具有监管中心服务器的登录权限以获取内置的电子地图;用于将停车位置置入电子地图内以核对是否落入收费停车地点内,在核对落入后获取与停车位置对应的停车时间点,根据停车时间点计算出待支付的停车费;车辆客户端,用于获取车联网模块计算出的待支付的停车费并生成相应的账单以供支付。本发明通过车辆本身即可完成停车行为的判断、停车费的计算与支付,提高了停车收费效率的同时也大大降低了停车收费地点建设的成本。
