The invention discloses an operator optimal configuration method for improving maintenance efficiency of an overhead line system. The method specifically comprises steps of obtaining the maintenance task information of the overhead line system on the same day and the information of deployable personnel in a work area; determining personnel number requirements or maintenance workload requirements of the six maintenance posts; judging whether the number of personnel with protection capability and maintenance vehicle driving capability in the deployable personnel in the work area meets the requirements or not; solving the optimal configuration scheme of the overhead line system maintenance operator with the highest maintenance efficiency; and judging whether the maintenance operation time inthe optimal maintenance scheme meets the limitation of the skylight time or not, and outputting a personnel optimal configuration scheme with the highest efficiency, including the working post where each deployable personnel is engaged, the personnel number of each post and the shortest total maintenance time for completing the maintenance task. According to the method, scientificity and rationality of maintenance personnel arrangement are realized, the maintenance efficiency of the contact network is improved, and a good basis is provided for a railway operation and maintenance unit to make contact network maintenance operation personnel arrangement.

    本发明公开了一种提高接触网检修效率的作业人员优化配置方法,具体为:获取当天接触网的检修任务信息和工区可调配人员的信息;确定六个检修岗位的人员数量要求或检修工作量的要求;判断工区可调配人员中具有防护能力和检修车驾驶能力的人员数量是否满足要求;最高检修效率的接触网检修作业人员优化配置方案的求解;判断最优检修方案中的检修作业时间是否满足天窗时间的限制,并输出最高效率的人员优化配置方案,包括每名可调配人员从事的工作岗位,以及各岗位的人员数量和完成检修任务的最短总检修时间。本发明实现了检修人员安排的科学性和合理性,提高了接触网的检修效率,为铁路运维单位制定接触网检修作业人员安排提供了较好的依据。
