The invention provides a new energy automobile torque monitoring method which comprises the steps: acquiring the driving acceleration and the resistance acceleration of an automobile, and obtaining the maximum allowable driving torque according to the driving state of the automobile; comparing the maximum allowable driving torque with a safety demand torque preset on a vehicle control unit, and correcting the safety demand torque; according to the current running state of a clutch, after the corrected actual torque output by power coupling under safety demand torque distribution is obtained, obtaining the actual driving torque; and comparing the actual driving torque with the corrected safety demand torque, and judging whether the vehicle torque output state is out of control or normal. According to the invention, the system is independent of VCU function software, can limit and monitor the torque demand value sent by the VCU to find and prevent torque demand calculation errors in advance, and reduces the fault occurrence probability and the fault response time.

    本发明提供一种新能源汽车扭矩监控方法,包括获取车辆的行驶加速度及阻力加速度,并根据车辆行驶状态,得到最大许可驱动扭矩;将最大许可驱动扭矩与整车控制器上预置的安全需求扭矩进行对比,校正安全需求扭矩;根据离合器的当前运行状态,获取校正后的安全需求扭矩分配下的动力耦合输出的实际扭矩后,得到实际驱动扭矩;将实际驱动扭矩与校正后的安全需求扭矩进行对比,判定车辆扭矩输出状态为失控或正常。实施本发明,独立于VCU功能软件之外,能限制和监控VCU本身发出的扭矩需求值来提前发现和防止扭矩需求计算错误,减少故障发生概率和故障响应时间。
