The invention discloses an electric driving device for an unmanned vehicle. The electric driving device comprises a motor shell, a stator, a rotor, a speed reducing mechanism, a brake and a rotary transformer, wherein a stator and a rotor are installed in the motor shell, the rotating shaft is connected with the rotor and the rotary transformer, and the part, extending out of the motor shell, of the rotating shaft is connected with a sun gear of the reducing mechanism; the rotor drives the rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive the sun wheel and the planet wheel to rotate, the planet wheel shaft drives the planet carrier output disc to rotate, the planet carrier output disc is connected with the system output disc, and an output connecting device is arranged on the system output disc. When braking is needed, the brake controls the system output disc, and therefore braking is achieved. The speed reducer and the motor are integrally designed in structure, the speed reducer is designed in the motor, structural complexity is reduced, and a series of derivative problems caused by heating of the speed reducer are improved in a targeted mode.
本发明公开了一种无人车用电驱动装置,包括电机壳体、定子、转子、减速机构、制动器和旋转变压器。电机壳体内安装定子和转子,转动轴与转子以及旋转变压器连接,转动轴伸出电机壳体的部分与减速机构的太阳轮连接。转子带动转动轴转动,从而带动太阳轮以及行星轮转动,行星轮轴带动行星架输出盘转动,行星架输出盘与系统输出盘连接,系统输出盘上有输出连接装置。需要制动时,制动器控制系统输出盘,从而实现制动。本发明在结构上将减速器和电机进行一体化设计,将减速机设计在电机内部,降低结构复杂性,针对性改进了减速机因发热而引起一系列衍生问题。
