This traveling trajectory correction method for a vehicle is implemented by a processor, and involves: generating a host vehicle traveling route on which a host vehicle travels, on the basis of map information stored in a database; calculating a traveling trajectory of the host vehicle, which becomes a target trajectory when the host vehicle travels on the host vehicle traveling route; detecting the position of another vehicle located in a vehicle width direction with respect to the host vehicle, by a sensor which is provided to the host vehicle; calculating deviation of the position of the other vehicle in the lane in which the other vehicle travels, on the basis of the position of the other vehicle; and correcting the traveling trajectory of the host vehicle in accordance with the deviation.
