The invention relates to a transportation path planning method, which selects more than three paths with similar distances and time through map software, takes a road condition safety value SRRC, a road traffic volume value SRTPI, a bridge safety value SRBrg, a tunnel safety value SRTun and a slope safety value SRSlp in the three paths as five factors influencing path traffic safety, and is characterized in that the five factors are endowed with weights; and a safety index value RSI of each path is comprehensively obtained, and the path is selected according to the safety index value RSI. In the path selection process, related road maintenance and regular inspection data, road traffic condition information and a safety evaluation result of a road project are used for quantitatively evaluating the influence of road conditions, traffic volume, bridges, tunnels, side slopes and other structures on path passage safety, and a safer and more reliable transportation path is provided.

    一种运输路径规划方法,通过地图软件选择三条以上距离和时间相近的路径,对三条路径中的路况安全值SRRC、公路交通量值SRTPI、桥梁安全值SRBrg、隧道安全值SRTun、边坡安全值SRSlp作为影响路径通行安全的5个因素,其特征在于:对所述5个因素赋予权值,再综合得出每条路径的安全指数值RSI,根据安全指数值RSI选择路径。路径选择过程利用了相关公路养护与定期检查数据、道路交通状况信息和公路项目的安全性评价结果定量评价路况、交通量以及桥梁、隧道和边坡等结构物对路径通行安全的影响,提供了一条更安全、可靠的运输路径。
