The invention provides a mobile +/-800kV direct-current withstand voltage test platform and a using method thereof. The test platform comprises a withstand voltage test part, a supporting structure part, an arrangement lifting part and an on-site transfer part. The withstand voltage test part comprises a direct-current high-voltage generator, a double-layer hard grading ring and a control part; the supporting structure part comprises a test platform chassis, standing legs arranged at the bottom of the test platform chassis, lifting lugs arranged on the platform chassis and cushion blocks; thearrangement lifting part adopts a hydraulic power assisting mechanism to realize the automatic lifting and collecting functions of the test platform, so as to finish the conversion of the platform between a test state and a transportation state; and the transportation and transfer part comprises wheels arranged below the test platform chassis, a steering platform connected with the wheels, and a traction rod connected with the steering platform. The test platform can be towed by a tractor to flexibly turn in a converter station, and can be used for carrying out field withstand voltage test ondirect-current equipment with the highest voltage of +/-800kV in a converter valve hall under the condition of no hoisting.

    本发明提供一种移动式±800kV直流耐压试验平台及其使用方法,该试验平台包括耐压试验部分、支撑结构部分、布置举升部分和现场转运部分;所述耐压试验部分包括直流高压发生器、双层硬质均压环、操控部分;所述支撑结构部分包括试验平台底盘、设于试验平台底盘底部的站脚、设于平台底盘的吊耳、垫块;所述布置举升部分采用液压助力机构实现试验平台的自动举升与收整功能,完成平台在试验状态和运输状态之间的转换;运输转运部分包括设于试验平台底盘下方的车轮、与车轮连接的转向平台、与转向平台连接的牵引拉杆。本发明可由牵引车牵引在换流站内灵活转弯,且可在无吊装情况下对包括换流阀厅内的最高±800kV的直流设备进行现场耐压试验。
