The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopter test, and particularly relates to a helicopter blade surface strain gauge pasting and wire arrangement method. Special normal-temperature quick-drying glue is used for pasting a strain gauge and a test wire, a finger-pressing short-time fixing method and a room-temperature normal-temperature curing method are adopted, and long-time curingis achieved without tool pressurization. Single-color (red, blue, yellow and green) single-core multi-strand silver-plated insulating flame-retardant superfine special military cables are used as bridging test wires, the red and blue cables are respectively used as positive and negative bridge voltage of a strain bridge circuit, and the yellow and green cables are respectively used as positive andnegative signal output of the strain bridge circuit; a strain bridge circuit test group bridge wire is adopted, and after the wire is arranged from the rear edge of a blade to the lower wing surfaceof the blade, the wire is arranged to a blade root connecting point along the chord line position of the lower wing surface of the blade; and two-component blend rubber which is water-resistant, oil-resistant, insolation-resistant and the like and of which various performance indexes accord with complex environments such as blade vibration, fatigue and the like is used as a protective layer.

    本发明属于直升机试验测试技术领域,特别涉及一种直升机桨叶表面应变片粘贴及导线布线方法。一种专用常温速干胶水进行应变片、测试导线的粘贴,采用指压短时固定、室温常温固化的方法,无需工装加压长时间固化;采用一种单色(红蓝黄绿4色)单芯多股镀银绝缘阻燃极细专用军工线缆作为组桥测试导线,其中红蓝两色的导线分别作为应变桥路桥压正负,黄绿两色的导线分别作为应变桥路信号输出正负;采用一种应变桥路测试组桥导线,从桨叶后缘布线到桨叶下翼面后,导线沿桨叶下翼面弦线位置布线至桨叶根部连接点的方式;采用一种耐水、耐油、耐暴晒等,及各项性能指标符合桨叶振动、疲劳等复杂环境的双组份调和胶作为防护层。
