The invention provides a pressure-maintaining submarine escape suit. The pressure-maintaining submarine escape suit comprises a closed escape suit body and an flow automatic adjusting exhaust assembly; the flow automatic adjusting exhaust assembly is fixed on the closed escape suit body; the flow automatic adjusting exhaust assembly has at least one pressure rated value; and when the air pressurein the closed escape suit body is smaller than the rated value, the flow automatic adjusting exhaust assembly reduces or stops exhausting. The pressure-maintaining submarine escape suit has the advantages that the exhaust speed is automatically adjusted or exhaust is stopped through automatic pressure, equivalently, a pressure-reducing stop station is arranged at the position close to the sea level, the pressure does not need to be manually controlled, a pressure-maintaining escape function can be automatically achieved, and the safety escape depth is increased by 50% or above.
