The invention discloses a steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge initial internode installation method. The method comprises the steps that: a pier side bracket and a main pier are heightened to forman integral support; double rows of tracks are mounted on the integral support, and a bridge deck crane is assembled on the double rows of tracks; the initial internode steel truss girder on one sideof a main pier is hoisted and mounted by using the bridge deck crane; double rows of tracks are lengthened, the bridge deck crane is driven to walk to the mounted initial internode steel truss girder,and then the whole support is reversely disassembled; and the remaining initial internode steel truss girders are mounted through the bridge deck crane, and overall initial internode installation iscompleted. The bridge deck crane support is arranged on the basis of an original pier-side bracket, the bridge deck crane is assembled in advance through the bridge deck crane support, rapid installation of steel truss girder initial sections is achieved in the mode that the initial sections are mounted in a blocked mode and the bridge deck crane is moved in time, the construction cost is saved, the construction period is shortened, and the installation precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢桁梁斜拉桥起始节间安装方式,包括:对墩旁托架和主墩进行接高形成整体支架;在整体支架上安装双排轨道,并在双排轨道上拼装桥面吊机;利用桥面吊机起吊并安装主墩一侧的起始节间钢桁梁;接长双排轨道,驱动桥面吊机使其行走至安装完成的起始节间钢桁梁上,然后反向拆除整体支架;利用桥面吊机安装剩余的起始节间钢桁梁,完成整体起始节间安装。本发明通过在原有墩旁托架的基础上设置桥面吊机支架,使用桥面吊机支架提前进行桥面吊机的拼装,通过分块安装起始节间并即时移动桥面吊机的方式实现钢桁梁始节间的快速安装,节约了施工成本,减少了施工周期,提高了安装精度。
