The invention provides a crown block brake mounting structure capable of being used for tonnage of 15T-50T and a crown block. The crown block brake mounting structure comprises a driving motor, a speed reducer, a transmission connecting shaft and a plurality of brake wheels, wherein a output shaft of the driving motor is connected to one end of the transmission connecting shaft, and the other endof the transmission connecting shaft is connected to an input shaft of the speed reducer; the output shaft of the driving motor is a two-way output shaft, one end of the two-way output shaft is connected to one end of the transmission connecting shaft, and the other end of the two-way output shaft is connected to one of the brake wheels; and the input shaft of the speed reducer is a two-way inputshaft, one end of the two-way input shaft is connected to the other end of the transmission connecting shaft, and the other end of the two-way input shaft is connected to one of the multiple brake wheels. By changing the installation position of the brake wheel, the overhaul difficulty is reduced, meanwhile the brake safety is improved, potential safety hazards caused by equipment emergencies in the hoisting process of the crown block are reduced, and the possibility that a lifting hook of the crown block descends uncontrollably and even falls off is reduced to the maximum extent.

    本发明提供一种可用于15T至50T吨位的天车制动安装结构及天车,包括:驱动电机、减速机、传动连接轴和多个制动轮;驱动电机的输出轴与传动连接轴的一端连接,传动连接轴的另一端与所述减速机的输入轴连接;其中,驱动电机的输出轴为双向输出轴,双向输出轴的一端连接传动连接轴的一端,另一端连接多个制动轮中的一个;减速机的输入轴为双向输入轴,双向输入轴的一端连接传动连接轴的另一端,双向输入轴的另一端连接多个制动轮中的一个通过改变制动轮的安装位置,以降低检修难度同时增加制动安全性,减少天车在吊运过程中因设备突发状况造成的安全隐患,最大程度的降低天车吊钩不受控下降甚至坠落的可能。
