The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting technologies and ice cube production, in particular to an automatic correction and recovery method after the unbalance of a clamp. The method specifically includes the steps that cut ice cubes are uniformly and linearly arranged on a horizontal worktable at equal intervals; and two clamping plates of the ice cube clamp are arranged on the ice cubes at the two sides respectively, the ice cubes are clamped through the movable clamping plates, the ice cube clamp is lifted by 3-5 cm, and a fanning position of a crane hook mechanism at the top of the ice cube clamp is adjusted according to the position of bubbles on a bubble level until the bubbles on the bubble level are located at the center position. According to the automatic correction and recovery method after the unbalance of the clamp, a hook arranged on a top seat can be directly hung on a crane to move, and the position of the hook can be adjusted through the cooperation ofan arranged deviation rectifying sliding seat and a crane hook sliding groove, so that the ice cube clamp is prevented from inclining after the ice cubes are loaded; and the deviation rectifying sliding seat sequentially penetrates through limiting inserting holes and inserting grooves through limiting plug pins to be fixed to the top seat, so that the structural stability and the transportation safety are improved.

    本发明涉及起吊技术和冰块生产技术领域,具体为一种夹具失衡后的自动纠正恢复方法,具体包括如下步骤:将切割后的冰块均匀等距呈线性排列于水平工作台上;在将冰块夹具的两个夹板分别设置于两侧的冰块上,通过活动夹板将冰块进行夹持,将冰块夹具提升3‑5cm,根据气泡水平仪上气泡的位置,调整行吊挂钩机构在冰块夹具顶部扇给的位置,直至气泡水平仪上气泡处于正中位置。本发明通过在顶座上设置的挂钩,可直接挂接于行吊上进行移动,通过设置的纠偏滑动座与行吊挂钩滑槽的配合,可以调整挂钩的位置,防止在装上冰块后冰块夹具发生倾斜,纠偏滑动座通过限位插销依次穿过限位插孔和插槽固定于顶座上,提高结构的稳定性和运输的安全性。
