The invention relates to a cold accumulation energy-saving system of an automobile air conditioner. The cold accumulation energy-saving system comprises a main flow channel, a compressor, a condenser,an expansion valve, an ice storage barrel, an evaporation heat exchange module and a bypass flow channel, wherein the compressor, the condenser, the expansion valve, the ice storage barrel and the evaporation heat exchange module are sequentially arranged in the fluid movement direction in the main flow channel; a secondary refrigerant with the melting point lower than 0 DEG C, a plurality of icebags and a circulating pump are arranged in the ice storage barrel; the evaporation heat exchange module comprises a heat exchanger and a refrigeration evaporator connected with the circulating pump;a straight-through flow channel externally arranged on the ice storage barrel and an ice making evaporator internally arranged on the ice storage barrel are arranged between the inlet end and the outlet end of the ice storage barrel. The ice storage barrel is additionally arranged in a traditional automobile air conditioning system, so that the whole system has multiple working states, compression refrigeration can be replaced in a short time through the ice storage barrel, particularly, the ice storage barrel is adopted for ice storage refrigeration at the low rotating speed of an automobile, the oil consumption of an automobile air conditioner can be reduced by 30% or above, and the reliability of the system is obviously improved.

    本发明涉及一种汽车空调蓄冷节能系统,包括主流道、沿主流道内部的流体运动方向依次设置的压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、储冰桶及蒸发换热模块、设置在压缩机与储冰桶之间的旁路流道;所述储冰桶内部设置有熔点低于0℃的载冷剂、若干冰袋以及循环泵;所述蒸发换热模块包括换热器以及与循环泵连接的制冷蒸发器;所述储冰桶进口端与出口端之间设置有外置于储冰桶的直通流道以及内置于储冰桶的制冰蒸发器;本发明在传统的汽车空调系统中增设了储冰桶,从而实现整个系统具有多种工作状态,可通过储冰桶实现短时间内替代压缩制冷,尤其在汽车低转速下采用储冰桶蓄冰制冷,能够降低汽车空调油耗30%以上,系统可靠性明显提升。
