The invention discloses a tire burst prevention device, and aims to provide a tire burst prevention device which can ensure that a vehicle can still run without deviating or only slightly deviating without causing great loss when a tire burst accident occurs. The device is characterized in that a ring sleeve with a plurality of springs on the peripheral line of the outer edge is additionally arranged on the same transmission shaft of the inner edge or the outer edge of each tire, the ring sleeve is formed by combining an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of traction rods, positioning inner sleeves and the springs, and the outer diameter of the ring sleeve is slightly smaller than that of the original tire; the inner ring and the outer ring are connected into a whole through a plurality of traction rods arranged on the circumferential line at equal intervals, the positioning inner sleeves arranged on the circumferential line at equal intervals are located on the outer edge of the outer ring, the outer edge of each positioning inner sleeve is sleeved with a spring, the length of each spring exceeds the top of the outer end of the corresponding positioning inner sleeve by a certain size, and the inner ring is sleeved on the same transmission shaft as a tire. When the transmission shaft does not rotate and only the tire rotates, only the bearing needs to be additionally arranged in the inner ring.

    本发明公开了一种防爆胎装置,旨在提供一种当遇到爆胎事故时,其车辆仍可行驶而不会走偏或仅是略有少量偏移而不会造成大的损失,其技术方案的要点是:在每个轮胎的内边或外边与轮胎同一根传动轴上加装一个其外缘周线带有多个弹簧的圈套,其圈套由内圈和外圈及若干根牵杆加上定位内套与弹簧所组合而成,其外径尺寸略小于原轮胎,由在周线上为等距离排列的数根牵杆将内外圈牵连为一体,在周线上为等距离排列的定位内套位于外圈外缘,每个定位内套外缘套有弹簧,其弹簧的长度超越定位内套外端顶头一定尺寸,其内圈套在与轮胎同一根传动轴上。当传动轴不转动只是轮胎旋转时,只须在内圈中加装个轴承即可。
