The invention discloses a split type high-trafficability dual-motor power shunting drive axle. The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobile chassis. The drive axle mainly solves the problems of large transmission efficiency loss, short driving range of a vehicle, large self weight of an assembly, limited space arrangement and limited load of the vehicle of an external hanging structure of a motor on the market at present. The drive axle is mainly characterized by comprising a first motor, a second motor, a first primary shunting speed reducing mechanism, a second primary shunting speed reducing mechanism, a first hub speed reducer assembly, a second hub speed reducer assembly, a first wheel assembly, a second wheel assembly, an independent suspension assembly and an axle housing; the first motor, the second motor, the first primary shunting speed reducing mechanism and the second primary shunting speed reducing mechanism are respectively arranged on two sides of the middle of the axle housing and located above input shafts of the first hub speed reducer assembly and the second hub speed reducer assembly. The drive axle has the characteristics that the occupied space of the chassis structure is relatively small, the arrangement number of batteries is not influenced, the efficient working area of the motors is wide, the energy utilization rate is high, the vehicle driving range is long, and the dynamic property and economy of the whole vehicle can be considered.

    本发明公开了一种分开式高通过性双电机动力分流驱动桥。属于新能源汽车底盘技术领域。它主要是解决目前市场上电机外挂式结构存在的传动效率损耗较大,车辆续驶里程短,总成自身重量大,空间布置以及车辆载重有限的问题。它的主要特征是:包括第一、第二电机、第一、第二一级分流减速机构,第一、第二轮边减速器总成,第一、第二车轮总成,独立悬架总成和桥壳;第一、第二电机和第一、第二一级分流减速机构分设桥壳中部两侧,位于第一、第二轮边减速器总成输入轴的上方。本发明具有占用底盘结构布置空间相对较小、不影响电池布置数量、电机高效工作区宽、能量利用率高、车辆续驶里程长、以及可兼顾整车动力性和经济性的特点。
