The invention provides a lightweight U-shaped magnetic coupling mechanism for wireless charging of a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle. The mechanism comprises a transmitting end arranged on a landing surface and a receiving end arranged on an unmanned aerial vehicle, wherein the receiving end is fixed at the belly of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the coils of the transmitting end and the receiving end are both arc-surface U-shaped, and can be attached to the belly outer surface of the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle, the receiving end magnetic core of the receiving end is tightly attachedto the belly of the unmanned aerial vehicle and is consistent with the curved surface of the oval belly of the unmanned aerial vehicle in shape, a receiving end U-shaped coil is arranged on the receiving end magnetic core, and the transmitting end comprises a transmitting end magnetic core and a transmitting end U-shaped coil wound on the transmitting end magnetic core. According to the invention,the problems that at present, products used for wireless charging or research in the prior art are less, some wireless charging devices mounted outside the vehicle body change the appearance structure of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the influence on aerodynamics is large, and materials of the vehicle body are limited are solved, the unmanned aerial vehicle wireless power supply solution is provided, and the unmanned level of the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.

    本发明提出一种用于固定翼无人机无线充电的轻量化U形磁耦合机构,该机构包括设置在降落面上的发射端和设置在无人机上的接收端,接收端固定于无人机的腹部,发射端和接收端线圈均为弧面U形,能与固定翼无人机的腹部外表面相贴合;接收端的接收端磁芯紧贴无人机腹部,与无人机椭圆形腹部曲面外形一致,接收端U形线圈设置在接收端磁芯上,发射端包括发射端磁芯和绕设在发射端磁芯上的发射端U形线圈。解决目前用于其无线充电的产品或现有技术研究较少,其中一些安装在机身外的无线充电装置改变了无人机的外形结构,对空气动力学影响较大的,以及机身材料有局限性的问题,本发明以提供无人机无线电能补给解决方案,提高固定翼无人机的无人化水平。
