The invention provides an inflation flow monitoring system for a pneumatic tension compensator, the pneumatic tension compensator comprises an inflation valve, a vent hole, an air storage cylinder, acylinder barrel, a piston rod and a piston, the inflation valve is connected with the air storage cylinder, the air storage cylinder is connected with the cylinder barrel through the vent hole, and the piston is arranged at one end of the piston rod. The upper portion and the lower portion of the piston are connected with the upper portion and the lower portion of the inner wall of the cylinder barrel respectively, and then the gas flow sensor, the signal processing circuit, the temperature monitoring module, the expansion module, the power module, the single-chip microcomputer and the liquidcrystal display are used for monitoring the inflation flow of the pneumatic tension compensator, the temperature monitoring module is used for testing temperature signals in the cylinder barrel duringtesting, the gas flow sensor and the signal processing circuit are used for testing gas flow signals of the inflation valve during inflation and transmitting the temperature signals and the gas flowsignals obtained through testing at the same time to the single-chip microcomputer, and then gas flow testing corresponding to the temperature is achieved.

    本发明提供一种用于气动式张力补偿器的充气流量监测系统,其中,气动式张力补偿器包括充气阀、通气孔、储气筒、缸筒、活塞杆以及活塞,充气阀与储气筒连接,储气筒通过通气孔与缸筒连接,活塞设置于活塞杆的一端,活塞的上下部分分别与缸筒的内壁上下部分连接,再利用气体流量传感器、信号处理电路、温度监测模块、扩展模块、电源模块、单片机、液晶显示器对气动式张力补偿器的充气流量进行监测,其中,温度监测模块用于测试测试时缸筒内的温度信号,气体流量传感器和信号处理电路用于测试充气阀在充气是的气体流量信号,并将同一时刻测试所得温度信号和气体流量信号传输至单片机,进而实现了与温度对应的气体流量测试。
