The invention relates to the technical field of open caissons, in particular to modular pipe-jacking well construction equipment and a using method. The modular pipe-jacking well construction equipment comprises pressure sinking equipment, a lifting device and a prefabricated segmental open caisson, wherein the lifting device comprises an adjustable counter-force seat, a positioning supporting piece, a transmission rope, a transmission part and a counterweight piece; and the prefabricated segmental open caisson comprises a plurality of open caisson rings and a base ring located at the bottom of the open caisson ring on the lowermost layer, and inner grooves are formed in the inner side of the base ring and used for being connected with a bottom plate structure in a matched mode. Compared with the prior art, through the arrangement of the lifting device, a small-stroke jack can be adopted in the open caisson sinking process, the height of a counter-force frame stand column is reduced, and the size of a counter-force frame is reduced; the prefabricated segmental open caisson is adopted, the problem of wrong installation during assembly by an operator can be solved, and module assembly is rapid and convenient; and the problem that a steel frame and a brick masonry structure adopted by a traditional tunnel portal need a manual breaking process in the later period is solved.

    本发明涉及沉井技术领域,具体来说是一种模块化顶管井施工设备及使用方法,包括压沉设备、升降装置、预制装配节段式沉井,其中,所述的升降装置包括:可调反力座,定位支撑件,传动绳及传动部件,配重件,所述的预制装配节段式沉井包括若干沉井环和位于最下层的所述的沉井环底部的基底环,所述的基底环的内侧设有内凹槽,以用于配合连接底板结构。本发明同现有技术相比,通过升降设备的设置,从而使得沉井过程中能采用小行程千斤顶,将反力架立柱的高度降低,减小反力架尺寸;采用预制装配节段式沉井,可解决操作工人装配时错误安装的问题,模块装配快速便捷;解决传统洞门采用的钢架及砖砌体结构带来的后期需要人工破除工序。
