The invention relates to an inclination-angle-adjustable lifting appliance for a wind power gear box. The lifting appliance comprises a balance beam, a lifting rigging assembly is arranged at the upper end of the balance beam, a sheath is connected to one side of the balance beam, a lifting rigging is connected to the other side of the balance beam, the balance beam comprises a cross beam body, anupper lifting ring is arranged at the upper end of one side of the cross beam body, a lower lifting ring is arranged at the lower end of one side of the cross beam body, the two ends of the other side of the cross beam body are connected to a left vertical beam and a right vertical beam, the lifting rigging assembly comprises a lifting belt and a shackle, the lower end of the shackle penetrates into the upper lifting ring, and the lower portion of the lifting belt penetrates into the shackle. The lifting appliance is simple in structure and small in occupied space; and the lifting appliance adopts a C-shaped hook structure, the gravity center of a gear box is adjusted, the inclination angle after lifting is adjusted by increasing or decreasing a balance weight, in addition, the length ofa connecting rigging can also be adjusted, small-angle rotation of the gear box is realized, and hole alignment is facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种风电齿轮箱用倾角可调吊具,包括平衡梁,平衡梁上端安装起重索具总承,平衡梁一侧连接护套,另一侧连接吊装索具,平衡梁包括横梁,横梁一侧上端设有上吊装环,下端设有下吊装环,横梁另一侧两端连接左竖梁和右竖梁,起重索具总承包括吊装带和卸扣,卸扣下端穿入上吊装环,吊装带下部穿入卸扣。本发明结构简单,占用空间小;吊具采用了C型钩结构,调整了齿轮箱重心,又通过增减配重的方式对起吊后的倾角进行调节,还可以调节连接索具的长短,实现齿轮箱的小角度转动,方便对孔。
