The invention relates to the technical field of steel wire rope testing, and discloses an elevator steel wire rope breaking early warning system. The elevator steel wire rope breaking early warning system comprises an acoustic emission sensor unit and a broken wire recognition unit, wherein the acoustic emission sensor unit is at least arranged on one elevator; at least two acoustic emission sensors are respectively arranged on at least two positions in a plurality of positions near a traction wheel, a guide wheel, a bearing beam, a lift car and a steel strand near a steel wire rope head connected with a counterweight of the corresponding elevator, and send received broken wire acoustic emission signals to the broken wire recognition unit; and the broken wire recognition unit judges the actual broken wire number and the broken wire position according to the acoustic emission energy count, the acoustic emission amplitude and the duration time in broken wire acoustic emission signals. The invention also discloses a corresponding early warning method. According to the broken wire acoustic emission characteristics of steel wires, the broken wire number and the broken wire position aredetermined; the broken wire phenomenon of the steel wire rope is monitored around the clock; and the elevator safety is improved.

    本发明涉及钢丝绳测试技术领域,公开了一种电梯钢丝绳破断预警系统,包括声发射传感器单元、断丝识别单元,所述声发射传感器单元至少设置在一台电梯上,至少两个声发射传感器分别设置在对应电梯的曳引轮、导向轮、与承重梁、与轿厢、与对重相连的钢丝绳绳头附近的钢绞线中的多个位置中的最少两个位置上,所述声发射传感器将接收到的断丝声发射信号发送至断丝识别单元,所述断丝识别单元根据断丝声发射信号中的声发射能量计数、声发射幅度、持续时间判断实际断丝数和断丝位置。本发明还公开了对应的预警方法。本发明根据钢丝断丝声发射特征,确定断丝数量及各断丝位置,全天候监测钢丝绳的断丝现象,提高电梯的安全性。
