The invention discloses a cutter unhooking device for a tree obstacle clearing flying robot. The cutter unhooking device comprises an upper unhooking assembly fixedly connected to the lower end of a suspension mechanism and a lower unhooking assembly fixedly connected to the upper side of a cutter system. The upper unhooking assembly comprises an upper base, a linear steering engine fixedly connected to the upper base and provided with a downward output rod, an upper hook shaft fixedly connected to the upper base, an upper hook with the upper hook shaft as a rotating shaft, a tension spring installed between the upper hook and the upper base and capable of providing a counterclockwise restoring torque for the upper hook, and an upper electrical interface fixedly connected to the upper base. A bearing is arranged at the tail end of a linear steering engine output rod; and the lower unhooking assembly comprises a lower base, a lower hanging buckle fixedly connected to the lower base anda lower electrical interface fixedly connected to the lower base. When the tree obstacle clearing flying robot works, once the cutter system is clamped by a tree obstacle and cannot struggle away, thetree obstacle clearing flying robot can be quickly separated from the cutter system through the unhooking device so that the safety of the flying robot is guaranteed to the maximum extent.
