The invention discloses a foldable boarding ladder made of a carbon fiber composite material. According to the foldable boarding ladder, a two-section structure is adopted, unfolding and folding are convenient, the main body structure is made of the carbon fiber composite material, the overall weight of the boarding ladder is reduced, the folding portability of the boarding ladder is improved, the hidden danger that all components of the boarding ladder are loosely connected is avoided, and the use safety of the boarding ladder is improved.
