The invention discloses an LNG transport ship volatile gas recycling energy storage method which adopts a special LNG transport ship volatile gas recycling energy storage system, and comprises a liquid cargo tank, an integrated control system, a dual-fuel generator set, a natural gas incineration tower, natural gas using equipment, a distribution board, a storage battery pack and a pressure sensor. The pressure sensor is connected with the interior of the liquid cargo tank, the liquid cargo tank is connected with the dual-fuel generator set through one branch pipe of the gas pipeline, the liquid cargo tank is connected with the natural gas incineration tower through the other branch pipe of the gas pipeline, and the liquid cargo tank is connected with the natural gas using equipment through the other branch pipe of the gas pipeline. The dual-fuel generator set is connected with the distribution board through a cable, and the distribution board is connected with the storage battery pack. The storage battery pack is additionally arranged in a power distribution network, a volatile gas which should be combusted by the natural gas incineration tower is used for generating power throughthe dual-fuel generator set and stored in the storage battery pack, the economic performance of the ship is improved, and the utilization rate of the volatile gas is increased.

    本发明公开了一种LNG运输船挥发气再利用蓄能方法,采用专用的LNG运输船挥发气再利用蓄能系统,包括液货舱、集成控制系统、双燃料发电机组、天然气焚烧塔、天然气使用设备、配电板、蓄电池组及压力传感器;所述压力传感器与液货舱的内部连通,所述液货舱通过燃气管道的一个支管连接双燃料发电机组,所述液货舱通过燃气管道的另一支管连接天然气焚烧塔,所述液货舱通过燃气管道的又一支管连接天然气使用设备,所述双燃料发电机组通过电缆连接配电板,配电板连接蓄电池组。本发明通过在配电网络中增加蓄电池组,将本应被天然气焚烧塔燃烧掉的挥发气,利用双燃料发电机组进行发电,并存储于蓄电池组中,提升了船舶的经济性能,提高了挥发气的利用率。
