The invention discloses an arrangement method of a large LNG ship bow outer bottom plate area structure under a high ice level, an outer bottom plate is provided with a first area used for breaking large ice blocks and pressing ice in the forefront in the direction from a bow to a stern, and the arrangement method comprises the step that the structure is arranged in the first area through a transverse bone densification method. Different reinforcing methods are used in different areas, so that the icebreaking capacity of the hull structure can be effectively improved, and structural weight increase caused by icebreaking to the structure can be effectively reduced.
