The invention provides an intelligent brake system integrated with wheel speed sensor analysis, and relates to the field of intelligent control of automobile braking, the intelligent control system comprises a wheel speed signal acquisition module, an intelligent brake controller in hard wire connection with the wheel speed signal acquisition module, and a motor in hard wire connection with the intelligent brake controller; the intelligent brake controller comprises a signal processing module and a motor driving circuit; the signal processing module is used for analyzing the wheel speed according to the four paths of electric signals and the rack displacement and outputting a driving control signal; and the motor driving circuit is used for driving the motor to push the rack to move according to the driving control signal. By analyzing signals of the wheel speed sensor, when the anti-lock function of the ABS of the vehicle fails, the anti-lock function of the ABS of the vehicle does not depend on CAN bus data, wheel speed signals are collected by itself, and when any wheel has a lock trend, pressure reduction is conducted on all the wheels, the wheels are prevented from being locked, and the stability of the vehicle is guaranteed while the speed reduction of the vehicle is achieved.

    本发明提供一种集成轮速传感器解析的智能制动系统,涉及汽车制动的智能控制领域,所述智能控制系统包括轮速信号采集模块,与轮速信号采集模块硬线连接的智能制动控制器,与智能制动控制器硬线连接的电机;所述智能制动控制器包括信号处理模块、电机驱动电路;所述信号处理模块用于根据四路电信号和齿条位移进行轮速分析,并且输出驱动控制信号;所述电机驱动电路用于根据驱动控制信号驱动电机推动齿条移动。本发明通过解析轮速传感器信号,当车辆ABS防抱死功能失效时,不依赖于CAN总线数据,通过自身采集轮速信号,当有任何一个车轮出现抱死趋势时,对所有车轮进行减压,防止车轮出现抱死情况,实现车辆减速度的同时保证车辆的稳定性。
