The invention discloses an automatic battery replacing device of a new energy automobile. The device comprises a shell and a mounting box, the mounting box is located in the middle of the interior ofthe shell, damping seat devices are arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the shell correspondingly, and the damping seat devices are connected through fixing bolts penetrating through the twoends of the shell; a movable groove is formed between a first reinforcing block and a second reinforcing block correspondingly, a containing supporting plate is arranged on a bottom plate and locatedat the upper end of the movable groove, a first sliding groove matched with a sliding block is formed in the inner wall of the upper end of the bottom plate, and a toothed bar is arranged on one sideof the lower end of the containing supporting plate. A positioning sliding rod matched with a second sliding groove is arranged at the upper end of the side, away from a rotating motor, of the firstreinforcing block, a plurality of side buffer devices are arranged between the two ends and one side of a reinforcing plate and the inner wall of the shell, and damping devices are arranged between the two sides of the lower end of the mounting box and the inner wall of the shell. The device has the advantages that the whole battery can be automatically replaced, the disassembly and assembly process of the battery is greatly simplified, and the battery replacement time is effectively shortened.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车的电池自动式更换装置,包括外壳和安装盒,安装盒位于外壳内部的中间位置,外壳的下端两侧均设置有减震座装置,减震座装置通过贯穿外壳两端的固定螺栓相连接,加固块一和加固块二相对应的之间设置有活动槽,底板上且位于活动槽的上端设置有放置托板,底板的上端内壁设置有与滑块相配合的滑动槽一,放置托板的下端一侧设置有齿杆,加固块一远离转动电机的一侧上端设置有与滑动槽二相配合的定位滑杆,加固板的两端和一侧与外壳的内壁之间均设置有若干侧缓冲装置,安装盒的下端两侧与外壳的内壁之间设置有减震装置。有益效果:实现电池整体的自动化更换,大大简化了电池的拆装过程,有效减少了更换电池的时间。
