The invention relates to a charging pile power module dynamic allocation method. The method comprises the steps of determining a power interval [M, N] corresponding to an optimal efficiency interval of each power module according to an efficiency curve of each power module, determining the number m of power modules needing to be put into operation according to the total charging power P, determining that m * N > = P > = (m-1) * N, and in the initial state, enabling each power module to share the total charging power P according to the respective power interval [M, N]; along with charging, thetotal charging power P being gradually reduced, and adjusting the actual charging power p of each power module to gradually approach M; and reducing one power module until the real-time charging totalpower P' is less than or equal to mM and P' is less than or equal to (m-1) * N, and then sharing the real-time charging total power P' by the other power modules until the charging is finished. According to the invention, each power module can be kept under the power with the optimal charging efficiency, the phenomenon of overload and low load is avoided, and the service life of each power moduleis prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种充电桩功率模块动态分配的方法,根据各功率模块的效率曲线,确定各功率模块最优效率区间所对应的功率区间[M,N],根据充电总功率P,确定需要投入运行的功率模块数量m,则有m*N≥P≥(m‑1)*N,初始状态下,各功率模块根据各自的功率区间[M,N]分摊充电总功率P;随着充电的进行,充电总功率P逐渐降低,调节各功率模块的实际充电功率p逐渐向M靠近,直至实时充电总功率P’≤mM,且P’≤(m‑1)*N,则减少一个功率模块,其余各功率模块再分摊实时充电总功率P’,直至充电完成,本发明能够实现将各功率模块保持在最佳充电效率的功率下,以避免出现过负载低负载的现象,提高了各功率模块的使用寿命。
