The invention discloses a wheel-side electric drive axle mechanical differential mechanism which comprises an electric drive axle, motors arranged on the left side and the right side of the electric drive axle, a planetary transmission mechanism and a differential mechanism. The motors are in driving connection with the planetary transmission mechanism and output power to the wheels through the planetary transmission mechanism; the differential mechanism comprises a main differential gear and an auxiliary differential gear, and the main differential gear is in transmission connection with theplanetary transmission mechanism and meshed with the auxiliary differential gear; the differential mechanism further comprises a first differential shaft and a right differential gear, the right differential gear is meshed with the auxiliary differential gear located on the right side of the electric drive axle and is in transmission connection with the auxiliary differential gear located on the left side of the electric drive axle through the first differential shaft, and therefore left-right differential adjustment is achieved. The wheel-side electric drive axle mechanical differential mechanism is not affected by the rotating speed and torque difference of the motors on the two sides in use, the rotating speed difference value of the left side and the right side can be automatically adjusted, and therefore the mechanical differential of the wheel-side electric drive axle is achieved under the condition that the channel width is not affected, and the low-floor advantage of the wheel-side electric drive axle is fully reserved.

    本发明公开了一种轮边电驱桥机械式差速器,包括电驱桥和设置于电驱桥左右两侧的电机、行星传动机构和差速机构;电机驱动连接于行星传动机构,并通过行星传动机构输出动力至车轮;差速机构包括主差速齿轮和副差速齿轮,主差速齿轮传动连接于行星传动机构,并与副差速齿轮相互啮合;还包括第一差速轴和右差速齿轮,该右差速齿轮与位于电驱桥右侧的副差速齿轮相互啮合,并通过第一差速轴传动连接于位于电驱桥左侧的副差速齿轮,从而实现左右差速调节。本发明在使用时不受两侧电机的转速和扭矩差的影响,能够自动调整左右两侧的转速差值,从而在不影响通道宽度的情况下实现轮边电驱桥的机械差速,充分保留了轮边电驱桥的低地板优势。
