A wheel-side electric drive axle integrated air suspension system is characterized in that shock absorbers and air bag assemblies are symmetrically arranged left and right and front and back with thecenter of a wheel-side electric drive axle as the center, the shock absorbers and the air bag assemblies are fixedly installed on the wheel-side electric drive axle, and the left-right center distanceof the air bag assemblies ranges from 1510 mm to 1580 mm; lower thrust rods are arranged in front of the wheel-side electric drive axle in a V shape, one end of each lower thrust rod is connected with the wheel-side electric drive axle, the other end of each lower thrust rod is fixed to a whole vehicle frame, and the included angle between the two lower thrust rods is 60 DEG; upper thrust rods are arranged in front of the wheel-side electric drive axle in parallel; and a height sensor assembly and a transverse stabilizing rod are arranged on the wheel-side electric drive axle. The developmentmatching period of the whole vehicle is shortened, the number of parts of the whole vehicle is reduced, the cost is saved, the height of the chassis of the whole vehicle is adjustable, the smoothnessof the whole vehicle is improved, the roll stability of the whole vehicle is ensured, and the transverse stabilizer bar is arranged in front of or behind the whole vehicle in consideration of different arrangement requirements of the whole vehicle.

    一种轮边电驱动桥集成空气悬架系统,减振器和气囊总成以轮边电驱动桥的中心为中心左右及前后对称布置,减振器和气囊总成均安装固定在轮边电驱动桥上,气囊总成的左右中心距为1510~1580mm;下推力杆采用V型布置在轮边电驱动桥的前方,一端与轮边电驱动桥连接,另一端固定在整车车架上,两个下推力杆的夹角呈60°;上推力杆采用平行布置在轮边电驱动桥的前方;轮边电驱动桥上装有高度传感器总成及横向稳定杆。本发明有利于缩短整车开发匹配周期,可精简整车零件数量,节省成本,能实现整车底盘高度可调,改善整车平顺性,有利于保证整车侧倾稳定性,考虑适应整车的不同布置要求,可以实现横向稳定杆前置或者后置。
