The BIM building construction simulation device comprises a movingmechanism, a bottom plate, a lifting mechanism, a mounting back plate, a display screen, housings and an opening and closing control mechanism; the moving mechanism is arranged at the bottommost partof the device; the bottom plate is horizontally mounted on the moving mechanism; the lifting mechanism is installed on the bottom plate, and the driving direction is vertically arranged; the mountingback plate is mounted at the top end of the lifting mechanism, and the end face is vertically arranged; the display screen is detachably mounted in the center of the mounting back plate through a mounting seat on the back; the pair of housings are symmetrically connected with the mounting back plate in a sliding manner relative to the display screen, and covers the exterior of the display screenin a butt joint state; and the opening and closing control mechanism is mounted on the mounting back plate and located between the pair of housings, and the output end of the opening and closing control mechanism is connected with the pair of housings. According to the scheme, the protection effect on the display screen is effectively improved, the structure is stable, and use is convenient.
