The invention discloses an efficient low-noise water jet propulsion pump, and belongs to the technical field of ship engineering. The propulsion pump comprises a flow guide cover, a spray pipe, a driving shaft, a driving shaft protection pipe, a hub, an impeller and a guide impeller; the flow guide cover is in butt joint with the spray pipe, the driving shaft and the hub are coaxially connected and then supported in the flow guide cover and the spray pipe through the driving shaft protection pipe, and the impeller and the guide impeller are fixed to the hub, wherein pits are formed in the inner surfaces of contracted nozzles at the positions, corresponding to the rear portion of the impeller and the rear portion of the guide impeller, of the tail of the spray pipe, and the pits are evenlydistributed in the inner surface. By means of the efficient low-noise water jet propulsion pump, the overflow resistance of the water jet propulsion pump can be reduced, and the propulsion efficiencyis improved.
