The invention discloses a mobile cart for a power distribution cabinet. The cart structurally comprises a mobile push-out main body, an auxiliary locking belt, a lifting frame and a ratchet mechanism,and is characterized in that a built-in motor is electrified to drive a first rotating wheel at the left end to rotate, and the first rotating wheel drives a second rotating wheel to rotate through atransmission belt, so that a rotating shaft in the second rotating wheel synchronously rotates; and the rotating shaft drives a first winding wheel and a second winding wheel at the left end and theright end to rotate forwards, fixed sleeves and a connecting shaft which are fixedly connected in bottom end are lifted upwards, the fixed sleeves at the left outer side and the right outer side of the connecting shaft slide upwards through a fixed frame and an inner side groove of a second fixed frame, and a supporting plate drives a bearing plate to move towards the upper end. The top end face of the bearing plate is parallel to the bottom face in a truck container, a power source is cut off to stop the motor from rotating, the power distribution cabinet is placed on the top end face of thebearing plate and descends through reverse operation of the motor, one person can operate and carry the equipment, labor cost is saved, the lifting carrying process is more stable, and collision caused by falling of the power distribution cabinet is avoided.
本发明公开了一种配电柜用的移动推车,其结构包括移动推出主体、辅助锁紧带、提升架和棘轮机构,其中内置的电机通电带动左端的第一转轮旋转,第一转轮通过传动带带动第二转轮旋转,使第二转轮内的转动轴同步旋转,转动轴带动左右端的第一收卷轮和第二收卷轮正向旋转,底端固定连接的固定套筒和连接轴向上提升,连接轴左右外侧的固定套筒通过固定框和第二固定框内侧槽向上滑动,支撑板将带动托板向上端移动,然后托板顶端面与货车货箱内的底面平行,切断电源使电机停止旋转,再将配电柜放置托板顶端面,再通过电机逆向运行进行降落,该设备一个人可进行操作搬运,节约人力成本,升降搬运过程更平稳避免配电柜摔落导致磕碰。
