The invention relates to the technical field of freight equipment, and discloses an anti-falling brake device for a freight elevator. The anti-falling brake device comprises an equipment shell and vortex fins, the inner wall of the equipment shell is fixedly connected with a connecting fulcrum shaft, the inner side of the connecting fulcrum shaft is fixedly connected with a limiting clamping ring,and a rotating driving shaft is movably connected to the interior of the limiting clamping ring. According to the anti-falling braking device for the freight elevator, when a lifting platform suddenly descends or suddenly ascends due to a braking fault or other reasons, the rotating speed of the rotating driving shaft is increased at the moment, airflow is driven to ascend through rotation of thevortex fins, and therefore a pneumatic pushing block is pushed to move upwards along the equipment shell. The surface of a piezo-electric crystal is subjected to external force to generate current, amagnet block is pushed rightwards along a movable long groove, a second negative plate is electrically connected to a main braking system of the lifting platform, the lifting platform is controlled to be shut down in time, cargo losses or personnel injuries are prevented, and the safety performance of equipment is improved. Besides, mechanical abrasion is small, and the service life is long.
