The invention discloses a fault diagnosis method for an aircraft landing gear hydraulic folding and unfolding system. The fault diagnosis method comprises two processes of establishing a diagnosis model and diagnosing faults. The method comprises the steps of establishing a fault symptom set and a fault factor set according to a fault phenomenon possibly generated by the aircraft landing gear hydraulic folding and unfolding system, establishing a fuzzy relation comprehensive evaluation matrix of the fault symptom set relative to the fault factor set, determining a fault symptom vector according to the fault phenomenon, utilizing the fault fuzzy relation comprehensive evaluation matrix R to evaluate the aircraft landing gear hydraulic folding and unfolding system, and calculating to obtaina fault reason vector. The fuzzy mathematics method is applied, mathematical quantification is carried out on theoretical things and work experience, and the problem that one cause has multiple fruits, one fruit has multiple causes or multiple causes have multiple fruits when a hydraulic system breaks down is well solved.

    本发明公开了一种飞机起落架液压收放系统故障诊断方法,包括建立诊断模型和故障诊断两个过程。根据飞机起落架液压收放系统可能产生的故障现象,建立故障征兆集合和故障因素集合,再建立故障征兆集合相对于故障因素集合的模糊关系综合评判矩阵,根据故障现象,确定故障征兆向量,利用故障模糊关系综合评判矩阵R,计算得出故障原因向量。本申请运用模糊数学的方法,将原理性的东西和工作经验进行数学量化,较好的解决了液压系统故障一因多果、一果多因或多因多果的难题。
