The invention discloses a turnout comprehensive detection system and a method, and the system comprises a displacement collection module which is used for collecting the creeping amount of a stock rail, the lateral movement amount of the stock rail, the creeping amount of a switch rail and the lateral movement amount of the switch rail; a communication module which is used for transmitting the creeping amount of the stock rail, the lateral movement amount of the stock rail, the creeping amount of the switch rail and the lateral movement amount of the switch rail; and a processing module whichis used for analyzing the running state of the turnout according to the stock rail creeping amount, the stock rail transverse movement amount, the switch rail creeping amount and the switch rail transverse movement amount. The invention aims to provide the turnout comprehensive detection system and the turnout comprehensive detection method, and whether a turnout system has an operation fault or not can be found in time by detecting the displacement conditions of the stock rail and the switch rail.
