The invention relates to the technical field of ships, particularly to a composite steel plate for a ship bottom. The composite steel plate comprises a steel plate layer, wherein the upper surface ofthe steel plate is coated with a first water-resistant resin layer, the first water-resistant resin layer is filled with friction-resistant particles, the lower surface of the steel plate layer is coated with a second water-resistant resin layer, the upper surface of the second water-resistant resin layer is connected with a reinforcing layer through an adhesive, the reinforcing layer is coated with a third water-resistant resin layer, and reinforcing ribs are symmetrically arranged on the lower surface of the steel plate. According to the composite steel plate for the ship bottom, the three water-resistant resin layers are adopted, so that the corrosion resistance of the composite steel plate in a water body is remarkably improved; and the carbon fiber net reinforcing layer is arranged between the second water-resistant resin layer and the third water-resistant resin layer, so that the peel strength and the wave impact resistance strength between the second water-resistant resin layerand the third water-resistant resin layer are improved, and the second water-resistant resin layer is prolonged.

    本发明涉及船舶技术领域,尤其是一种船底用复合钢板,包括钢板层,所述钢板的上表面涂覆有一层第一耐水树脂层,所述第一耐水树脂层内填充有耐摩擦颗粒,所述钢板层下表面分别涂覆有第二耐水树脂层,所述第二耐水树脂层的上表面通过胶黏剂连接有一层加强层,所述加强层上涂覆有第三耐水树脂层;所述钢板的下表面对称设置有加强筋;本发明中的船底用复合钢板,采用三层耐水树脂层,显著提高了复合钢板在水体中的耐腐蚀性,第二耐水树脂层和第三耐水树脂层之间设置一层碳纤维网加强层,提高了第二耐水树脂层和第三耐水树脂层之间剥离强度和抗波浪冲击性强度,延长了第二耐水树脂层。
