The invention provides a novel die forging type mine car wheel and a machining method thereof, and relates to the technical field of mine car wheels. The novel die forging type mine car wheel comprises a circular wheel body and an end cover, wherein a through shaft hole is formed in the circular wheel body in the axial direction; the end cover is buckled on the outer side of the shaft hole; a stepped hole with the diameter larger than the diameter of the shaft hole is formed in the circular wheel body on the outer side of the shaft hole; and the outer diameter of the end cover is matched withthe inner diameter of the stepped hole. The machining method of the novel die forging type mine car wheel comprises the following steps of S1, cutting out No. 45 round steel according to the outer diameter of the mine car wheel; and S2, heating the cut round steel material. The manufacturing procedures can be obviously reduced; the density, strength, durability and the like of the product are obviously improved after the round steel is subjected to high-pressure die forging, the inside and outside of the product are homogeneous, the performance is consistent, the mine car wheel quality is stable, and the service life is at least 10 years or longer, so that the use and maintenance cost can be greatly reduced; and meanwhile, dust and other environmental protection problems basically do not exist in the production process, so that good popularization and use values are achieved.

    本发明提供一种新型模锻式矿车车轮及其加工方法,涉及矿车车轮技术领域。该新型模锻式矿车车轮,包括圆形轮体和端盖,所述圆形轮体轴向开设有贯通的轴孔,所述端盖扣合在轴孔外侧,轴孔外侧的圆形轮体上开设有直径大于轴孔的阶梯孔,端盖外径与阶梯孔内径相适应;一种新型模锻式矿车车轮的加工方法,包括以下步骤:S1.按矿车车轮外径截取45号圆钢;S2.对截取的圆钢材料进行加热处理。通过可明显减少制作工序,且由于圆钢经高压模锻后,产品密度、强度、耐用性等明显提高,且产品内外均质,性能一致,矿车车轮质量稳定,寿命至少在10年以上,可大大降低使用维护成本,同时生产过程基本不存在粉尘等环保问题,具有良好的推广使用价值。
