An impact determination device (20) comprises: an own vehicle region calculation unit (22) that calculates an own vehicle presence region for each prescribed time on an estimated route of the own vehicle, said calculation being in a two-dimensional coordinate system that is stipulated by the distance in an own vehicle travel direction and the distance in a vehicle width direction of the own vehicle at the current time; an own vehicle information calculation unit (23) that supplements the calculated own vehicle presence region for each prescribed time, said supplementation being in a three-dimensional coordinate system stipulated by the distance in the own vehicle travel direction, the distance in the vehicle width direction, and the time passed from the current time, and thereby calculatesan own vehicle solid, which is a solid indicating the transition of the own vehicle presence region; movement route calculation units (25, 26) that calculates the movement route of an object in the three-dimensional coordinate system on the basis of the location of said object, said object having been detected by an object detection device (10); and a determination unit (27) that determines the presence or absence of a collision of the object with the own vehicle, on the basis of the presence or absence of an intersection of the calculated own vehicle solid and the calculated movement route of the object.
