The invention discloses a power battery cooling module and a thermal runaway treatment method. The power battery cooling module comprises a shell, supporting pieces, batteries and an exhaust assembly.An installation cavity is formed in the shell, and an air source communicated with the installation cavity is arranged on the top wall of the shell. The supporting pieces are arranged in the installation cavity, the multiple supporting pieces are distributed in the length direction of the shell at intervals, and the two opposite inner walls of the shell are each provided with one supporting piece. A plurality of batteries are arranged, first air ducts are formed between the side walls of the batteries and the supporting pieces, second air ducts are formed between the inner wall of the shell and the ends of the batteries, and the battery cell tabs are located in the second air ducts. And the exhaust assembly is arranged on the bottom wall of the shell and communicates with the installationcavity, the exhaust assembly is used for communicating the installation cavity with the in-vehicle space and the out-vehicle space, and the communicating area of the exhaust assembly with the in-vehicle space and the out-vehicle space is adjustable. According to the power battery cooling module, the cooling effect of the battery can be improved, and the thermal runaway phenomenon can be well handled.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池冷却模组及热失控处理方法,该动力电池冷却模组包括壳体、支撑件、电池和排气组件。壳体内形成有安装腔,壳体的顶壁设有与安装腔连通的气源。支撑件设在安装腔中,支撑件为多个,多个支撑件沿壳体的长度方向间隔分布,壳体的相对设置的两个内壁上分别设有一个支撑件。电池为多个,电池的侧壁与支撑件之间形成有第一风道,壳体的内壁与电池的端部之间形成有第二风道,电芯极耳位于第二风道中。排气组件设在壳体的底壁上并与安装腔连通,排气组件用于连通安装腔和车内空间与车外空间,排气组件与车内空间和车外空间的连通面积可调。该动力电池冷却模组能够提高电池的冷却效果,能够较好地处理热失控现象。
