The invention provides a parking management method and system for improving the statistical accuracy of real-time unoccupied parking spaces. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining multi-day vehicle access data recorded in a parking lot, carrying out sampling statistical analysis of the vehicle access data, and obtaining parking duration probability distribution of vehicles in each day; expanding the parking amount of the parking lot according to the vehicle parking duration probability distribution, and estimating the total parking amount of the parking lot every day; analyzingdeviation between the parking amount recorded in the parking lot and the estimated parking amount by using a hierarchical clustering method, and estimating the average offset of the parking amount inthe parking lot; performing constraint correction on the parking quantity according to the parking space capacity of the parking lot; subtracting the parking quantity obtained after constraint correction from the total parking quantity of the parking lot to obtain a real-time unoccupied parking quantity. According to the method, parking lot spare parking space data statistics accuracy is improved.

    本发明提供了一种提高实时停车空余泊位统计准确度的停车管理方法及系统,方法包括以下步骤:获取停车场记录的多天车辆出入数据,对该车辆出入数据进行抽样统计分析,得到各天车辆的停放时长概率分布;依据该车辆停放时长概率分布对停车场的停放量进行扩样,估算停车场每天的总停放量;利用层次聚类法分析停车场记录的停放量与估算得到的停放量的偏差,估算停车场中停放量的平均偏移量;根据停车场的泊位容量对停放量进行约束性修正;用停车场泊位总量减去约束性修正后得到的停放量,得到实时的空余泊位数量。该方法提高停车场空余泊位数据统计的准确性。
