The invention discloses a vehicle following speed prediction method and system using vehicle-road cooperation data. The method comprises the steps that following scene data is acquired; regression analysis is performed on the vehicle following scene data, and a regression model is established; according to the vehicle following scene data, statistical probability analysis is carried out on the vehicle speed, the vehicle head distance and the front vehicle width of a vehicle following queue running in a given time window and a driving area, and a parameter probability distribution model is established; parameters of the regression model are identified by using the training data set; the model parameter identification result is brought back to the regression model, the predicted value of thecurrent vehicle speed influenced by the driver personality and the vehicle performance difference factor under the given front vehicle speed, vehicle head distance and vehicle width conditions is obtained, the error between the predicted value and the measured value is calculated, and an error probability distribution model is established; and the randomness of the parameters and the randomness of the errors are comprehensively considered, a vehicle following speed prediction model is constructed, and a vehicle following speed prediction result is obtained.

    本发明公开了一种利用车路协同数据的汽车跟车车速预测方法及系统,方法包括:获取跟车场景数据;对跟车场景数据进行回归分析,建立回归模型;根据跟车场景数据对给定的时间窗口内和驾驶区域内行驶的跟车队列的车速、车头间距和前车宽度进行统计概率分析,建立参数概率分布模型;利用训练数据集,对回归模型的参数进行辨识;将模型参数辨识结果带回所述回归模型,获得给定前车速度、车头间距和车宽条件下,受到驾驶员个性和车辆的性能差异因素的影响的当前车速的预测值,计算预测值和实测值之间的误差,并建立误差概率分布模型;综合考虑参数的随机性和误差的随机性,构建跟车车速预测模型,并得到跟车车速预测结果。
