The invention relates to the technical field of tractors, in particular to a safe use method of a winch tractor. The safe use method of the winch tractor comprises a tractor main body, a connecting block, a mounting base, a supporting mechanism, a hoisting mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a wire bunching mechanism, a supporting rotating rod and a steel wire rope; the connecting block is fixedly connected to one end, far away from a tractor head, of the tractor main body; the mounting base is fixedly connected to the lower end of the side, far away from the tractor body, of the connecting block;the front side and the rear side of the upper end of the mounting base are each fixedly connected with a supporting plate; and a connecting groove is formed in the middle of the side, close to the mounting base, of the connecting block. When a hoisting tractor hoists a heavy object, due to the fact that the hoisting tractor bears the action of gravity inertia generated by shaking of the hung heavy object, the gravity of the hoisting tractor is unstable, the hoisting tractor is prone to tilting; and meanwhile, the acting force generated by a steel rope on a winding reel is variable in the shaking process of the heavy object; and therefore, the steel rope and the winding reel are easily damaged.

    本发明涉及拖拉机技术领域,具体的说是一种卷扬拖拉机安全使用方法,包括拖拉机主体、连接块、安装底座、支撑机构、卷扬机构、升降机构、束线机构、支撑转杆和钢丝绳,所述连接块固定连接在拖拉机主体远离车头一端,所述安装底座固定连接在连接块远离拖拉机主体一侧下端,所述安装底座上端前后两侧均固定连接有一个支撑板,所述连接块靠近安装底座一侧中间位置开设有一个连接槽。卷扬拖拉机在吊装重物时,由于卷扬拖拉机受到吊挂重物晃动产生重力惯性的作用下,导致卷扬拖拉机自身的重力不稳,容易将卷扬拖拉机翘起,同时重物在晃动的过程中使钢绳对绕线筒产生的作用力忽大忽小,从而容易导致对钢绳和绕线筒产生损坏。
