The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, and discloses a length-adjustable hoisting structure. The length-adjustable hoisting structure comprises: a support frame; a first cantileverarm fixedly arranged on the support frame; a second cantilever arm slidably arranged on the first cantilever arm; and a rotating assembly comprising a first rotating wheel, a second rotating wheel anda conveying member, wherein the first rotating wheel is rotatably arranged on the first cantilever arm, the second rotating wheel is rotatably arranged on the second cantilever arm, one end of the conveying member is a fixed end and fixed to the first cantilever arm, the other end is a free end and in transmission connection with the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel in sequence,and the fixed end is located between the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel. According to the length-adjustable hoisting structure, the total length of the first cantilever beam arm and the second cantilever beam arm can be adjusted according to the length of a cabin, so that the hoisting structure is suitable for cabins with different lengths; and due to the fact that the cabinswith different lengths can use the same length-adjustable hoisting structure, the maintenance cost of a wind power gear box is reduced.

    本发明涉及起吊技术领域,公开一种长度可调节的起吊结构,包括:支撑架;第一悬梁臂,固定设置在支撑架上;第二悬梁臂,可滑动地设置在第一悬梁臂上;转动组件,包括第一转动轮、第二转动轮及传送件,第一转动轮可转动地设置在第一悬梁臂上,第二转动轮可转动地设置在第二悬梁臂上,传送件的一端为固定端且固定在第一悬梁臂上,另一端为自由端且依次与第一转动轮和第二转动轮传动连接,固定端位于第一转动轮和第二转动轮之间。本发明公开的长度可调节的起吊结构,能够根据机舱的长度调整第一悬梁臂和第二悬梁臂的总长度,进而适用于不同长度的机舱,由于不同长度的机舱均能使用同一个长度可调节的起吊结构,因此降低了风电齿轮箱的维修成本。
